I was previously in the technology industry and have been involved with the set, design, and management of dozens of websites. Heritage is the WORST company I have ever worked with. Here is a summary of their deceptive practices:
1) It started off with false promises both in writing and verbally from their sales team. After I signed a contract and paid, they told me they would not do any more work until I pay more than what my contract said?
2) They wrongly charged my credit card without prior authorization and refused to fix the billing issues.
3) The technical support and customer service teams were so unresponsive that I had to move my website to another provider and pay someone else to redevelop it hence doubling my cost for this.
4) I ended up paying for upgrades to my system and they never completed them - but charged me anyways and refused to refund my money.
Their employees don't even give out their last names nor disclose the name of their CEO? This is typically a key sign of a HORRIBLE company.
Beware of this company.
