My experience with HIT Web Design (Heritage Web Solutions) was and continues to be a complete nightmare. Every man I talk to sounds the same as the last. When I spoke to the salesperson, he overpromised what they could do. I was looking for a very simple website and explained in great detail what I needed. One year later, they not only did NOT deliver a website, but jump through hoops trying to explain why they failed. No one was accountable for anything and they blamed me for "breaking" the site. When they respond back on here to say they would love to work with me and that customer service is their number one concern, it is a lie.
