Received the 500XL on March 3 identified problem 5 days later could not receive attachments/some links via e-mail.
Spent a number of days having "troubleshooting" review all the issues had both Microsoft and Gateway "co-pilot" still to no avail, finally brought computer into the "country-store".
After nearly a week it was determined that the hard drive was "corrupted". As I write this I am still awaiting the call to pick up my new computer.
Has anyone every tried to call those support numbers? They are always busy - can never get through.
I will never buy another gateway product again!!
