Fraudulent charges by this company noted on my debit account. I have not ordered/purchased any services, downloads, goods from GDSTARLIGHTPDAS

I noted a charge to my checking account that I did not recognize. Searched the net to attempt to identify the company. Found the web site for GDSTARLIGHTPDAS and knew immediately I did not order or purchase any product from them. Further search revealed this site with several reports citing the same issue I was having.
Notified my bank to cancel/dispute the charge. I also attempted to contact GDSTARLIGHT only to be directed to a voice mail. The greeting was heavily accented and very difficult to understand. (having traveled in my youth and now with a career that brings me into contact with a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds i typically do not have difficulty with accents.)
Of note the phone # area code they provide is a CA area code. They list their customer service hours for Central Time.
When reviewing reports, I also noted there are reports of fraud by several companies with "Starlight" in their company title. This may possibly be the same group with different ongoing scams.
