Charging my Visa $1.00 per month Can't get it stopped

Yoursavingsclub has been charging me $1.00 per month from my Visa account. Can't get it stopped. Visa sent me to my local CU and I am filling the Notification of Disputed Transaction report to Visa. This conpany is also going to get a copy of the disputed report that goes to Visa.

The company has an 877-820-7107 that will not allow me to talk to live person. Tried to unsubscribe and it hangs up on me. Get the same results when I try online to again unsubscribe. I am really hacked, because I can't talk to a live person. The last time I tried to stop this the 877 # I could talk to a live person. It stopped for a short time the started to charge me again.
Now I guess they are all dead on that phone #.
