Our most recent VISA bill came with a $14.00 charge from HELOHOSTCHARGE.com, with a transaction date of 10/08 and a post date of 10/09. Because we couldn't remember such a charge, I called the phone number listed with the company name and reached a message that said that the voice mailbox of the person I was trying to reach was full.
We will report this to REI VISA today, but are reassured that there is another "bogus charge" report on this site about this company. Perhaps VISA will be able to do something to put this person out of business.
