My credit card was compromised so I called COMCAST to provide them with a new credit card no. I was advised that it would take 4-6 weeks to reapply for auto payment via my new card. However, they took the new number in order to charge 2 months of payments.
Does this make any sense? The new number was good enough to bill me for $280 but they coudn't enter it into the system for future payments.
INSANE PAPER WORK AND VERY ANTI-CUSTOMER RELATIONS. The logic competely escapes me!!!
