Kingsbridgelists.com are crooks!
MerchantService.com PREPAID $5,000 for a purchase of prospect Business Data from Kingsbridgelists.com in September. The Kingsbridge Contract provided for fulfillment of our data orders in 24 hours with a 100% Guaranteed Replacement of any data with incorrect or diconnected phone numbers - SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
The first order was a DISASTER with Kingsbridge blaming their Agent (Mr. Jared Knapp) for sending us tens of thousands of junk data we did not order (to pump up the billing and Knapp's commission). It took from September until May 20th to get the billing of $1,000 straightened out, leaving us a pre-paid balance of $4,000.
Then Kingsbridge directed us to work through their VP of Sales, Mr. Andy Hulit. We placed another order on Sept. 11 which was not fulfilled until October 9th. This order too was full of junk data we did not order.
When notifed on 10/9 of the junk data Mr. Hulit had delivered to us, Hulit sent the President of Kingsbride a message and copied us saying, "Someone else can manage the account. I'm done with it."
Since then most all of our telephone calls and email have been ignored. The last order took Mr. Hulit almost one month to fill, and included wrong SIC codes totaling 6,025 of worthless records.
I've sent copies of our Agreement, billings and many, many email communications to date to both Principals of Kingsbridgelists.com, Mr. & Mrs. Scott and Athena Millar.
They now refuse to answer any of my many telephone calls, voice messages or emails, regarding refunding our money as Mr. Scott Millar - President had assured me he would remit a refund payment of $2,923.89 to my attention BEFORE CHRISTMAS and terminate our Agreement for any further orders.
Kingsbridgelists.com are crooks - plain and simple. Don't do business with them - you've been warned!
mr. Jared knapp is a lier - do not do any business with him!
Mr. Andy hulit is a lier - do not do any business with him!
Mr. Scott millar is a lier - do not do any business with them.
The President of Kingsbridgelists.com lied through his teeth when he said he would remit a refund payment of $2,923.89 to my attention IMMEDIATELY (BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2008), like the crook he truely is.
KINGSBRIDGELISTS.com products are wrought with errors and delays. They have stolen our money and breached their "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE". They all need to be arrested and prosecuted for fraud and theft of our companies resources as the watton crooks they are.
