Oscar, had been calling my business for at-least 3 months, i was in need of diabetic data when he just happen to call was talking to a company that i generally do business with but their turn around would be a few days. Oscar said in order to win my business he would beat the competitors price just to gain my trust and business he also guaranteed that the data was diabetic data as he stated that they acquire the data from physicals offices though some type of survey. I purchased 5000 pieces of the data which i received the next day around noon and i uploaded it a little later as i was out of the office when the data arrived. Almost immediately once the agents started dialing they stated that they where getting a lot of non-diabetics so i myself started to dial the data and found out that out of 20 calls 15 were non-diabetics within 3 days 11 percent of the data was non - diabetic within 6 days we are at an 14% increase so we are currently sitting at 25% of the data is no good and that's only the connects. They requested the names of the patients whom stated that they were not diabetic and i have supplied them with the report they refused to make good on the data that was sent back to them i spoke to 3 people there Oscar, Joy as well a guy named Mike... All i can say is that it's companies like Consumer Base that give data companies a bad ref. I have done business with many other companies that when they give you not even as much data that wasn't good they make amends without a problem but they want me to buy 5000 more pieces in order for me to get a 1000 pieces for the crap they sold me...
