My husband ordered me an Expression and a Jukebox from the Cricut Outlet as a surprise. When it started to seem like a long time with no word from the company, we tried to contact them. We received no response until I started really digging. These people run the business under cricutoutlet.net, cricutoutlet.com and scrap-book-outlet.com.
Because Willard, Ohio is not far from my home, it wasn't too difficult. After a little bit of searching, I found the company owner, Mike Mandato.
I started e-mailing and calling Mike Mandato at his job, Sharpnack Chevrolet, a company that I know relies on its strong values and great reputation. You can get Mike's work info here:
He is the special finance director. I find that title ironic.
Next, I started calling the Willard Poilce Department. What these people are doing is a CRIME, people! Please report them!

Interesting, the CricutOutlet.com site is now a flooring company, supposedly run out of New Jersey.
