8 IMPERIOUS, UNJUSTIFIABLE, PUNITIVE ACTION abused & mistreated

PUBLIC libraries are funded to serve ALL publics. PUBLIC libaries are engaged in the trade of acquiring new books for their collections. PUBLIC libraries often have websites with staff email contacts posted on the worldwide web—in the PUBLIC DOMAIN. PUBLIC library websites often post online forms for PUBLIC suggestions of new materials—particularly BOOKS—for PURCHASE.

If you agree with these simple, factual statements then you must also agree that ANY member of the PUBLIC contacting ANY PUBLIC library with an internet website and staff email contacts in the PUBLIC domain—notifying said PUBLIC library of the availability of a new novel (a BOOK for a PUBLIC library's collections—via a DIRECT email message via a DIRECT email contact link is NOT "spamming."

MSN however ARBITRARILY, CAPRICIOUSLY AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR EVEN THE COURTESY OF ANY EXPLANATION WHATEVER "terminated" my personal email account simply because some frustrated staffer at the CARROLL COUNTY LIBRARY DISTINCT in OHIO filed a petty complaint with MSN against me for "spamming" simply for notifying its PUBLIC website—in the PUBLIC DOMAIN with its PUBLIC email contact links—of the availability of a new NOVEL for its collections.

MSN has outright IGNORED my protest of this high-handed action and my request for a WRITTEN justification. Now I must suffer the INCONVENIENCE for NOTHING of countless lost important email communications and archived email.

It's supposed to be so much "better with the butterfly." BULLOX!

There must be a process for a redress of customer grievances against internet service providers like MSN when they STIFLE RATHER THAN PROTECT AND PRESERVE FREE AND OPEN COMMUNICATIONS ON THE INTERNET IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.

In this instance the butterfly ought to be QUASHED!
