Our client Mr Kevin Howat, leased a premises to the debtor, Chris Klondarides. The debtor left the premises in March of this year in an absolute disgusting condition having removed fixture including, inter alia, burglar proofing, cupboards etc. Furthermore he failed to pay his water and electricity account. Future landlords beware of this man.
