Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Miserable me, unemployeed and penny-less struggling just to stay alive and has to forcefully make monthly donations to the very strong and financially sound AOL

I am in the worst financial situation of my life; unemployed for over a year, already lost a house and am in the midst of losing my only little 2-bedroom resident also.

Now, the way I have been staying alive is through borrowing very high interest money.in December of I found out that AOL, the biggest service provider in USA, has been deducting $29.95 a month from my checking account for a few months.

I started sending them emails to their billing department at: [email protected]: I also asked my bank to block AOL from any demands or requests from my account. AOL quickly blocked my email address so all of my emails would bounce back and they never responded to my respectful statements asking them the reason behind their illegal deductions.

Not even once they replied back to me. My cheese head bank authorities somehow never applied any blocks to my account, so AOL continued taking money until March.

After numerous tries of calling AOL I finally succeeded talking to a person who totally denied such an account, under my name existed with them, and that they ever took a penny from my checking account. Now, I know I do not have any account with AOL and could prove that a million different ways.

But them denying they took money from my account is absord because I have the bank statements proving their monthly deductions. What am I supposed to do? Take AOL to small claim court? Or continue on making attempts to connect to them? But since they keep on ignoring me what good does that do. And I don't think any small claim court judge would even read an unemployed, penny less guy's fraud claim against such patriotic and nationally honost sounding business like AOL.

Miserable me, who borrows expensive money to just stay alive and has to forcefully make monthly donations to the very strong and financially sound AOL. This at least must have been in reverse but it's not. What am I supposed to do? I am simply exploding by all this unluck. Please help if you can think of a solution.
Thanks
