At least a marketing scam. At worst an identity steal

Websites like this need to be shut down. People desperately trying to find employment do not need this kind of stuff out there to get in the way.
Seems legit to begin with because they are getting your info from Monster or Career Builder
and sending you a come-on, to apply for something other than insurance sales.
