In March I bought the Butterfly Marketing Report from Mike Filsaime and paid 497 dollars via PayPal. First I did not get any password at all which was necessary to access any of his download sites, BUT ALSO TO ACCESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I never received anything, no physical hard copy, no download, nothing.
Eventually I somehow succeeded in getting a password automatically generated online, but it did not work. This happened more than once, resulting on NO WAY OF CONTACTING ANYBODY AT ALL. Highly frustrating. I complained with PayPal, who did not do anything, just referred me directly to Mike Filsaime, which had proved an impossible task.
I also subscribed to The 7 Figure Secret Newsletter, for which my credit card was charged monthly, but never received ANYTHING for it. At one point many months later a sales rep (possibly an affiliate) phoned me to sell some new product of Filsaimes. I then complained about never having received what I paid for and that I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the company, and asked him to contact Filsaime and see to it that I finally got what I had paid for.
He would not do it, perhaps unable to do so. Then, today, I received a mail saying that payment for the Newsletter from my creditcard had been declined because it had expired. However, again it was carefully orchestrated so that there was no way I could get in touch with anyone.in order to log in to the site to update my credit card information I was able to get a special temporary password, but it ONLY went to the site for updating the credit card, and did not work for the customer service site, which I had tried to access to no avail ever since I paid for the Butterfly Marketing Report.
