I was balancing my checkbook and noticed charges from Google Success Kit for $29.95. Then I noticed charges from something called Fraud Protection - 1-800-712-7226 and another called Identity Security at 1-800-712-7224 (that is not all their numbers either, there are more)... The same thing happened to me as the following I have pasted in here except I signed up for NOTHING. I would not have signed up for ANYTHING LIKE THIS ON MY OWN! When I called the above numbers they had all my information, phone number, etc. And I was told, "Well you must have signed up, isn't this your phone number?"
This is from another person that this has happened to: Just search under Google for Google Success Kit. I think from what I'm reading most people are getting involved with this through an e-mail. Not me. I had never heard of Google Success Kit before I balanced my checkbook tonight!

I also experience the same thing. I called 888-541-0915 to cancel the Google Success Kit and fight for a refund. Hold your ground. First they say you are cancelled but cant refund because of the terms and agreement. Then they say they will refund the last month only. Fight with them. Threaten criminal action if necessary. Mention the FBI, BBB etc. Take down their name and ID# and date you called.
You will then have to call 1-800-712-7226 for the Fraud Protection and go thru the same process. Then you need to call 1-800-712-7224 for the Identity Security and once again go through the same process. Fraud Protection does not give you as hard of time with the refund as Google Success Kit people did but Identity Security does. Again write down the name and time of whom you spoke to.
I am also going to put in a fraud alert on my credit card and dispute all charges with them letting them know I spoke personally with the company. I will also be putting in a complaint with the BBB and I might even try this Internet Crime Report http://www.ic3. Gov/default. Aspx and complaint http://usacomplaints.com/"""""""""""

I have canceled that particular debit card with the bank and signed up for additional security where I can't even purchase anything without a different code each time, so NO ONE CAN USE MY INFORMATION AGAIN!!! There are a lot of people that are being scammed by these people. I have notified the FBI and an agent is supposed to contact me. I am willing to prosecute to the fullest extent possible. I hope others are willing to do the same.
