Ordered and charged for silver coins 2-10, not received and silence from Matt

Ordered $100 face value silver coins from Matt on eBay selling as BeachSmells, and my account has been charged, but coins have never been received and Matt won't respond to emails, doesn't answer his phone and won't call me. BeachSmells is now not registered as an eBay seller.
