I was looking for a pre-owned Louis Vuitton bag and had no luck whatsoever (even on eBay). Then I came across boutiquelafrance.com through various google searches advertising that 'they' sell "Fashionably Affordable Pre-Owned Luxury". The FAQs also listed that they ONLY sell AUTHENTIC handbags!
'Customer Service' and I exchanged a few e-mails. After much deliberation, I decided to purchase the bag for approximately $400. Ladies (and Gentlemen)!!! If the price sounds too good to be true then it is! I received a fake bag and have the pictures to prove it.
I contacted 'customer service' saying that I want to return the bag and they assured me that they "Take pride in only selling 100% authentic items..." Then proceeded to direct me to the Louis Vuitton web site for the original price.
I did not give a reason for returning the bag nor did I make accusations about the authenticity of it which is why 'they' refunded my money.
Please be careful...
This "Business" is a COMPLETE FRAUD!
