I've seen other consumer complaints for JAZ/Decade so I was worried when the hard disk I ordered was not showing up even though I'd paid extra for faster delivery. Especially because it was for rebuilding my dead server.
I called them and did get a person who kindly helped me (although, of course, that's their job, so they should be kindly helping:-), and even though I didn't have an order # they appropriately looked it up by date of order my name.
Turns out the disk is "on the truck": I checked via the tracking # they gave me. The only thing is, they were supposed to have shipped it out w/in 24hrs of the order, but it was actually 6 days before it shipped according to the tracking report!? Oh well.
Summary: late, but apparently real. So not a super bad rip-off vs. The other reports I've read here.
