I have called to cancel my AOL back in 1/9, because my computer is broke down. They kept charging me twice a month on my 2 different cards from Jan to March.
I called back in Feb and same problem and never cancel my account then today I spent over 1 hour over the phone complining about charging again in 2 credit card in the same month. Are they stealing our money? Is it fair? I even asked them to refund my money from Jan to March, until no no refund. I will not recommend AOL to anyone, believe me MSN is the much much much better than AOL. AOL always booted us and take time to reconnect, What service is that?
