An authorized charge was put against my credit card on 12/22/08 for 29.95 and again on 1/22/09 for 29.95.
On February 17 I called the number listed on the credit card and was told that I purchased dietary supplements. I did not purchase any supplements from this company and had never even heard of them.
They were at first adamant that I did this but once I said it was illegal and would contact a lawyer they said I would be credited and transferred me to a supervisor.
I was on hold too long so I hung up and called back and got another person (I am assuming in India) and I explained again and demanded not to be just put on hold. I eventually spoke to an American sounding woman by the name of Coral who said that my account would be credited $29.95 twice.
I am still waiting to see if the credit is applied to my account. I do have the charges in dispute with my credit card company.
Actually my credit card company, Cabela's, gave me this website to report this incident.
