Automatic renewal, charge to credit card, working fine: where is the product? Boulder nationwide

Webroot will not answere my questions. They will not answere my e mails. I cannot call them and talk to them about this problem, so I got tired of trying to do business with them and reported them to my bank as a fraudulant Inc.
As a consumer and not a business, I do not have time or money to spend on them
