I ordered a part on the 26th of December and paid for that part on the 31st of said month. The website claims to deliver in 15 work days so I assume this means 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted the website.
A person calling themselves Mel replied. This is what he wrote - I will look into your order and ask shipping to ship your order ASAP if it has not already. Thank you for your patience Mel
I gave it another 3 weeks and then asked for a refund as it was obvious that I was not going to get what I ordered and he wrote - Thank you for your email. Because our server is experiencing problems, and most of our features and functions are not accessable even to our staff, I am unable to look up your order and give you detailed information. We do apologize. I wanted to send you an email to let you know that as soon as our server issues are resolved, I will be sending you another email with detailed answers to your questions. I do apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured that as soon as we are back online and fully functioning, I will respond once again. We are working hard to resolve the issues with our server.
My thoughts were that you have either sent my order or not a simple answer to a simple question. So I did a search and discovered that this website has done this before and I would strongly advise against ordering from these people.
