I ordered 2 items on November 11. Payment taken out of my account within 24hrs and confirmation email received. Order never delivered. Three emails to contact company regarding order have not been answered and company phone number has been disconnected.
Checked with the Better Business Bureau and they gave the company an "F" rating. (Wish I would have checked before I placed my order!) Filed a complaint with the BBB but company never responded to my complaint.
This website comes up everywhere when doing searches for stuffed animals. It is very unfortunate that they are still out there ripping people off and nothing can be done about it. I'm sure there are many people that just let it go and let this owner take their money.
