I ordered a stuffed animal with playful plush toys for a holiday program. The website advertisizes that it will take 24 hours to process the order and then the order is shipped. The total turn around time expected to be 4-7 business days. I placed my order on November 14th. My holiday program was December 5th. I immediately received a confirmation email indicating receipt of order. That was the last piece of communication I received from them.
I sent several emails to follow up and those went unanswered. I attempted to contact the store via the 1-800 number and discovered that the number had been disconnected.interesting enough the website is still active and accepting orders for other stuffed animals. I even tracked down the owner's name and contacted his personal cell phone. That call too went unanswered.
I am fortunate in that my bank has refunded me my money but business such as this should not be allowed to contact to embezzle money from consumers.
