The website decieves you that they have movies to download. The main page shows a list of movies, You think it is a pay-per-view site but after you pay it is just a list of P2P programs and they don't provide the movies.
The webmaster is impossible to get in touch with. His voice mail is full and he does not respond to emails. He advertises his "service" for 24.95 but he charged my credit card for $95.00! Do not do business with www.picaflic.com
