I found a fraudulent charge of $100.00 for this DMI DELL GIFT CARDS on my bank info this morning, and need some help and answers please! I was informed by my bank to get as much info from this place and to file a police report today and that the banks fraud dept. Will also be looking into this also. I just want to know who used my card and what was bought and where and who got it. I can not look up any order info since I was not the one who did it. The people at the customer center keep giving me the run arround and you can barely understand what they are saying and keep sending me to different dept. Can someone please help me?
