Please BeWARE of this company. Its a pretty picture painted when you walk through the door of Steve Thatchers "Mis-Lead" Opportunity Speech if you don't get it from him you might get it from Kristen McDonald the Office Manager. The company essentially hires a ton of FREE interns and has them go out and promote by soliciting with flyers and spamming online networks with coupons theyve made. I was personally asked to spam and when I told him it was illegal he replied that he "didnt care about all that". They piggy-back off a good name made by other Marketing Firms but do not be Mis-Lead.
This is a small office with a lot of expenses and no money to circulate to employees unless your name is Fernando Vargas, Kristen McDonald or one of the other "close friends" in this office. You will gain no real experience unless you want to learn how to SPAM or as they would call it "viral marketing or social networking".
At the end of every big campaign they will take all those hard earned intern dollars and Steve, Fernando, and their significant others will invest the money in going on an extravagant trip somewhere. They will intentionally put down their workers telling them they are useless and they dont know why they are there but they believe in them and want to really help them. This is a lie. They wont give you any real tracking of your work and they dont teach you any marketing techniques. They will have you research and call companies, spamming people, doing all the dirty work for them so they can go behind you and pick up your hard earned money. Since there is no REAL tracking you will never know what your work efforts are or what you are working towards. Get everything in writing. Buyer beware at your own risk.
