After ordering chocolate candy from www.OldTimeCandy.com; I received a plain plastic baggy filled with melted candy in and outside of each individual wrapper. The candy was not in a box, nor was each individual piece separated. It is a mess! I called the company; but they did not retrun my phone call. Then I emailed the company only to get the response that:
"There will be no refund".
The used the reasoning that chocolate candy should not be ordered in hot weather; as found on their "FAQ" part of the website. It took an hour to go through the website just to order; because if you wanted to change anything about the order; you had to reload each page. I did not read any "FAQ" page. Shipping candy is Their business and I would expect them to employ professional practices.
They refuse to refund my money and I am stuck with a bag of sloppy mush. Do not buy candy from www.OldTimeCandy.com.
