The promotion was that by buying 1 article of more than $ 1.500,00 he would send me door to door 1 SONY TV 46', 6 blackberrys storm, 6 blackberrys touch, 1 Nintendo WII and 6 ipod touch, all of this Iwould be able to pay it in Bolivares wich is my Venezuelian money. He made me fill some papers putting my name, adrees, phone number and e-mail adrees.
He told me than SONY, was going to send me a e-mail and that I should feell it up with my personal information and the invoice number for shipping. So without a doubt I made a purchase of a HP Mini 1035nr in $ 1.600,00 plus TAX. ($1708) To do this purchase I had to pay with more than one credit card, and he made an invoice of each payment.
The next day I had to leave to my country and looking in the internet I found in my e-mail and I saw a e-mail by Dfg Sdfg [email protected], with the promotion cupon, and I replay to them the cupon with may personal information. But sony answer me the following: " your qualification for this promotion was declined as you didn't reply on the time frame specified in the cupon".
However, I sent the information to them in the required time, and I have all the supports of the case.
Additionally, the HP 1035nr not have a value superior of $500, and I paid $1708 for that. For that reason I solicit back to me $1.278 that I paid in Excess.
