This company contacted me saying that they were running a promotion for companies like Sony, Nokia and Gateway computers and they were givng computer, digital camera & camcoder from sony and cell phone for nokia for free for only $284.90. They said it was a one time promotion. When I paid the money and got their product offer it was completely different than what they had promised no sony stuff, computer only after signing a 3 year deal with people.com internet service etc.
I called them up on 18885774432 for my refund, they asked me to send the packet back to their new york office with a proof of bank statement showing that I had made payment to them. The statement should be faxed on-8019242348 with Attn-Arne and mentioning refund on wach page. I was expecting the payment into my bank account after 10 days. However its been more than 20 days I have not recieved a dime and also now they are not answering the number.
