Phil Parana and Claude Koehl are running a fraudulent computer scheme out of their house. We sent $1800 for a laptop and didn't receive anything but a run around.
They start on EBAY and return the calls after the EBAY ad has run out. They state that they can still fill the order and continue their prey on trusting individuals.
They cancelled their email address at [email protected] and refused to answer phone calls.
But weeks later they are back in business at the same address under a new name Software Solutions.
Other people have reported them on this site and we have reported them to the FBI and the San Diego Police. But nothing is happening... Beware of the scam.
