It's apparent they are changing a Texas base cell phone number and they originate from New York. Also possible Claude may have relatives that own the current base of operation. I have filed with the Florida Consumer Services, Better Business Bureau and plan to file with the Florida States Attorneyss's Office for fraud. I may not get my money but it would be worth see these two behind bars...
