Rediculous, No Sense, Passing The Buck!

I told a customer service representive that my Husband & I want to set up an online account, so we can access the Call Log. We want the monthly list of calls, and when made. He said that we had to subscribe to AT&T Internet Service Provider in order to get a registration code. He transfered my call to another department. I spoke with another representative and requested a printed copy of all calls on our account for each month. She made me wait on hold for several minutes and I had to finally hang up the telephone and go to work at Meijer.

We pay less than $10.00 per month to People PC for Internet Access Service. AT&T rates are between 35 and 40 dollars a month, they are much more expensive than People PC. We have been customers of AT&T for more than 10 Years. We want to track the calls during each month, so we stay within our 50 Calls Allowed Plan. We are speaking about our Landline Phone.
