Yoursavingsclub.com - Creditdiagnosis.com Scam Artists

I noticed on my account statement $1.00 charges for the credit diagnosis and a fee of $29.95 and another charge of a $1.00 for yoursavingsclub. Unsure as to what these were for I called my financial institution. They promptly gave me the phone numbers and I called creditdiagnosis first. Talked with a rather pleasant woman on the phone, told her that I had not signed up for the monthly fee, she promised it would be returned (it was - shockingly). Tried calling the number for yoursavingsclub.com and all i got was a recorded message to push numbers for what you were calling about. When i finally was able to enter the number to speak with a live person (i called this several times) i kept getting "sorry you are having problems" and it would disconnect. My next avenue was to e-mail them, yep found and e-mail address, filed a complaint. Comment was they did not have my name or my significant other's name in their system, nor did they have my address... They had no information and I wasn't about to give them my credit card number which they requested in one of the e-mails.

Thinking all of this was resolved, because it had been about a month now, to my utter dismay it wasn't, i was shocked when i looked at my bank account statement and just recently, as of today, 2/6 another $1.00 charge showed up on my account from this same place, according to my bank that charge is to see if the account is active. I now have had to completely close my accounts, in which i was charged $10.00 by my bank to get a new debit card, just so they can no longer charge me anything.

Watch out for these two: creditdiagnosis.com and yoursavingsclub.com they are a bunch of scam artists and could be affiliated with other internet based companies that are out to get your hard earned money. They don't hesitate to sign you up for other services they are associated with even though they don't have your permissions.

This has caused me several headaches and I thank God that I didn't have charges wracked up on my card that would have cost me dearly.

Just warning those before they are scammed.
