They don't read emails and drop your important questions after you've responded. My last mess up was this:
This message is regarding your Ticket ID #KAE-921191. We are changing the status of this ticket to 'Closed' as we have not received a response from you in 120 hours.
I responded the same friggin' day. And they told me I own my site but are ignoring requests to have it ftp'd.
