Spynomore appeared to me after getting an incurable virus on my PC. I should have known not to pay for something a virus was pointing me to in order to remove it, but it was the only website I was able to access after the virus. Not wanting to lose all my files or anything I paid the fee to get a licence for the product.
All worked perfectly, I was sent the licence code quickly.
However, I upgraded my PC shortly afterwards and could not re-install the software on the new machine, so I left a support ticket...
Then I left one more...
Two months after the second one still wasn't replied I called the company from the UK. The operator put me through to a tech support voicemail service...
No reply...
The phone now says "Sorry this number is too busy, please try again later"...
The illysoft website itself is 'under construction'...
Do not buy from this company. Heed the warnings that if you ever need support you will not get it.
