I've had Digis Internet for six months and contains been a headache the whole period. I've been trying to find another supplier for weeks today and wish I'm not caught together.
Digis promotes incredible rates to get a cheap price. I buy into the additional grievances which have been drenched, but I've a brand new one I do want to convey. I'm spending money on the 7mb strategy that will be one more $10/month. I had been excited to maneuver up in the 5mb strategy since that strategy was also slow. I had been really just acquiring about 1.5-2mb. I never noticed 5mb throughout that period. I increased my support and that I have watched the rates nearly every evening and held a record of the pace. Normally it had been 3mb/sec, never once did I view it significantly more than 4mb/sec. I then proceeded to call-in and have why I had beennot getting faster rates. They offered me worthless ass reasons about that which plus they would not answer my concerns. They ultimately moved me for their specialized group and that I requested exactly the same concerns, they really bluntly stated that the 7mb strategy is clearly only a 5mb strategy which I ought tonot expect rates that quickly. Watch Out For Digis Web! Prevent the corporation till they offer sincere providers. Do not endure garbage providers or it'll proceed.
