Securepay.com - Pipelinedata.com Altered contract without my permission horrible customer serive left me on hold for a half hou

Think twice before doing business with this company. They make you sign a contract you never see unless you have an issue. The contract is sent as a link in an email, the sales rep makes you electronically sign it and hit the send button. Once you hit that send button, you will never see anything remotely close to a contract again and you can't get back to it from the link sent to your email. They then insert the terms including a 36 month contract and the limits under which you can process. The sales rep will tell you everything you want to hear but it doesn't translate to the contract. Here is how my experience went. The sales department asked me questions over the phone such as what types of products and services does my business provide and what is my company website address. They then emailed me a form to fill out that asked for basic info such as name, address, social security number, and an electronic signature signed by my computer mouse. Once this form was submited, they filled out the terms of the agreement at their office and I was never able to see an actual copy of the agreement so I have no clue what it says. I found out today that under the agreement (which I never saw), my company can not process my customers credit cards for home electronic equipment even though I operate a home electronics company. I currently have a total of $3236.92 in customer payments which pipeline is holding and I can not receive, even though I have authorization from my customers to do so. They said my accound is only good for processing electronic alarm monitoring and that I was in violation of my account contract so I would have to contact my sales rep to open a new account for home electronics and credit my customers accounts back. I followed their instructions and credited back the money and tried to open a new account for home electronics. I was then told by the sales office that they could not process the new application because the risk managment department was holding my application and won't allow it to be processed. I spoke with Joyce in risk management and she said she can't help me and to call back the sales rep, the sales rep Linden said the same. I then asked for a sales manager and spoke with A.J. He also said I had to speak with risk management and I explained that I had been back and forth with them and risk management for over 4 hours. He then said I have to put you on hold and left me on hold for a half hour. Eventually I was hung up on and had to call back. When I called back, the sales rep that answered said A.J. The sales manager had left to go home. He left me on hold for a half hour and then never came back to the line and then went home. I can't beleive this company would operate this way when all I want to do is be able to process my customer's credit card payments.
