We have performed various jobs for Prism Point Technologies over the last year and a half. They paid on the couple of jobs about 40 days after invoicing but they have not paid on anything since then. Several invoices totaling nearly $2000 have gone unpaid and calls, emails and messages go unreturned.
All work was done with exceptional quality and we have filed our invoices with them as properly as we were able.in the past we have been told they were waiting for us to return a part in order to clear the invoice, but no shipping instructions or pre-paid label has ever been provided.
We also have left messages for Laura in Finance and Mitch Wright - who supposedly is the head of Accounts Payable and have received no results. And they still continue to call with jobs.
We are located in Seymour, Connecticut. We will be speaking with a lawyer about a small claims case against Prism Point. If you are a technician being offered work by Prism Point - DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
