Prism Pointe Technologies contacted me in November about replacing some work stations and changing the server from a workgroup to a domain at Hanger Orthopedic in Galveston, Texas.
The work was performed on December 2 and December 3. They were sent a signed customer satisfaction form and an invoice for 9.5 hours labor totaling $712.50. I have not been paid. I have not been able to contact thier accounts payable department.
