I made 14 Pmts of 69.73 each, and 99 dollars first down payment. They have been promising my product since Oct of it is now Jan I ended up closing my bank account and filing a ACH dispute. I am still gathering imformation to send to the Office of the attorney general of Maryland where this company conducts buisness in Baltimore. I'm out 1,000 and no laptop that they promised. All 23 e-mails that i sent this company were never responded to. Phone calls to customer service were useless, first you are on hold for noless then 45 minutes then you are basically told that your a good customer and that your laptop is on its way. No shipping number is ever available. I have been ripped off straight and simple from BlueHippo-liars and theives should not be able to do this-they are still in buisness - if you call the sales number they answer immediately-very sad.
