Lost over 200$ by shopping with this company

I bought jewelry for total $206.30 in this shop in 7/31/08. I felt confidently, because i paid via Paypal and assumed I was protected from fraud. But AFTER I paid I received e-mail which told me that they need "up to 12 weeks for item to arrive", i.E. That time WAS NOT covered by paypal. Somewhere in the middle of September status of my item on their webpage was contradictory—on one page it had status "completed—shipped", on other—"Pending shipment' I tried to contact them 3 times, but received no response.

After last date of assumed arrival, since I haven't received my order, I tried to contact paypal, but it was too late. I wrote a couple of emails to shop again and finally 12/1/08 I received response with promise to return money next week. Since that date I haven't seen no item, no return, no answers on quite a few my emails.

So, I lost 200$ and do not recommend you to have any business with this store.
