I got charged this 19.95 both last month and this month. After spending alot of time today dealing with this I was able to find (thanks in large part to this site) out this is a scam. With support of AT&T operator I was able to insist that ILD credit me both charges for this bogus Info Dial USA, Inc. And close this account.
