I bought a T-mobile prepaid phone card on this website. When I wanted to activate the card, I was told the number was wrong.
So I called the company and tried to explain to them they would not listen to me and kept on asking for a ten digit number which they had not given to me. So this lady hang up on me.
I called back again and asked to speak to the manager and this other lady told me Im sorry mum you have to have a ten digit code and she hang up on me too.
This company has very uncouth representatives and should not be operating if they can not fulfill a customers request. And I think T-mobile should know about this.
