I advertised an electric wheelchair on craigslist for sale for 500 dollars. I received numerouse e-mails from [email protected] and [email protected] about the sale I told them the price was firm and I specified in my ad not to send extra money wanting me to wire it to the shipper to pick it up. They chose not to do as I said and they sent me a check for 1,950.00 telling me to take my 500 out and an extra 100 for my patience, then they wanted me to wire the rest to their shipper for pick-up. I told them I need a phone number for the bank and the name of a person to speak to s my bank could verify the fundsa. They seem to be avoiding my e-mails now, but I was smart enough that I kept the chair and will not turn it loose till i have the money in my hands.
