Upon receiving my credit card statement for January, I found a charge for $39.90. I tried calling the 1-800 number on the statement and found that there are no options to select from, since it is a recorded message only and you cannot leave a message. I have never done business with this company and have never authorized a charge to my credit card.
I went on line to try to determine what Safecart sold as its products. Apparently they sell software, but nowhere on the site could I determine what software they sold.
Customer Service with my credit card company tried to reach this company and found that all they got was a recorded message as well. Fortunately, the card company will deduct the charge from my February statement.
Be aware and thorough when you receive your credit card statements and check each entry carefully.
