Ygnition Networks provided unsatisfactory internet service, which I had cancelled on Janurary 5. Their service is expensive, slow and has tons of restrictions. Unfortunately, they are my apartment complexe's only cable provider.
I returned their equipment to them by U.S. Postal Service on January 6. Ygnition alleges the equipment arrived damaged and that a $150.00 fee would be assessed. Said fee was withdrawn from mychecking account on Janurary 14 WITHOUT my approval or authorization. Ygnition effectively stole my money.
