PrintPal was extremely slow in processing order. I sent an email. PrintPal responded to first email with standard electronic greeting.
PrintPal sent the incorrect merchandise. Did not respond to second email.
Black ink, when first used, was found to be defective. PP did not respond to third email.
Color ink, when first used, was found to be incorrect physical container, and yellow ink had leaked all over. PP did not respond to fourth email.
I have sent two more follow-up emails. Printpal has NEVER answered ONE email.
