I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone! They do not answer their phones at all. I was once on the Phone on their time from 1pm to 5pm. I should say I kept calling them during that time. I've emailed them too many times to count. The typing kits cost $59 (for which I was charged twice) and then the post card kit (which I never received). The reason I didn't put the phone number down was because it wouldn't have made any difference, because they wouldn't answer it anyways!
They said they respond to emails only! So why do they have a phone number listed then? They also say on their ad that they respond immediatly and get you started that day! It took my almost a week to get an answer and my kit. Then I had trouble logging on to the site to get started, because they didn't send an email with the log in information. I had to figure it out myself! I kinda of knew deep inside that I should not have gone any further with it, but no. I had to give them a try! I will never trust those people again, nor any business like that!
